Just south of the Eastern Cape’s famous Hole in the Wall lies Zithulele Hospital, a facility famous for pioneering public service provision in rural areas, and which we have been visiting annually since 2008. The CP service boasts a large rehabilitation team, a favourable intake of community service therapists each year, and a supportive medical team that understand the value of rehabilitation professionals.
